規範車輛保證金收取與退還程序。

　　Objective: To standardize the return procedure of vehicle deposit.

　　二、範圍

　　适用于(yú)因車輛租賃提交的(de)一(yī / yì ／yí)切保證金的(de)收取與退還業務。

　　Scope: Applicable to all deposit refunds submitted for vehicle leasing.

　　三、保證金收取

　　在(zài)租賃車輛時(shí)，選擇保證金擔保方式的(de)，承租人(rén)應當在(zài)簽訂汽車租賃合同時(shí)向出(chū)租人(rén)交納保證金。出(chū)租人(rén)應當在(zài)收取保證金時(shí)向承租人(rén)開具相應單據，并不(bù)得将保證金挪作他(tā)用。

　　Deposit collection: If you choose the margin guarantee method when renting vehicles，the lessee shall pay a deposit to the lessor when signing the car rental contract. The lessor shall issue corresponding documents to the lessee when collecting the deposit, and should not misappropriate the deposit for other purposes.
